Application Process – Step by Step
Step 1: Visit Service Center
Go to the nearest MeeSeva / Village Secretariat / Ward Secretariat.
Step 2: Fill Application Form
Provide details such as:
- Applicant Name
- Father / Mother Name
- Date of Birth
- Aadhaar Number
- Address
- Caste / Sub-Caste Details
- Mobile Number
Step 3: Submit Documents
Attach photocopies and carry originals for verification.
Step 4: Pay Service Fee
Service fee : ₹45
Step 5: Verification Process
- VRO (Village Revenue Officer) / Ward Revenue Officer
- MRI (Mandal Revenue Inspector)
may conduct field enquiry or record verification at your residence or through village records.
Step 6: Certificate Issue
After successful verification, the Tahsildar approves and digitally signs the certificate.
You will receive a printed or digital copy.
