Application Process – Step by Step
Step 1: Visit Service Center
Go to the nearest MeeSeva / Village Secretariat / Ward Secretariat.
Step 2: Fill Application Form
Provide details such as:
- Applicant Name
- Father / Husband Name
- Address
- Aadhaar Number
- Occupation
- Family Members
- Annual Income Details (all sources)
Step 3: Submit Documents
Attach photocopies and show originals for verification.
Step 4: Pay Service Fee
Service fee : ₹45
Step 5: Verification Process
- VRO (Village Revenue Officer) or Ward Revenue Officer
- MRI (Mandal Revenue Inspector)
may conduct field enquiry or record verification to confirm income sources.
Step 6: Certificate Issue
After verification approval, the Tahsildar digitally signs and issues the certificate.
